  • All fees must be paid in advance through Stripe or FreeAgent.

  • You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

  • Services may be suspended or terminated if payments are missed.

  • Refunds are not provided once services have been activated, unless required by law.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you host with us. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Host illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Use hosting services to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent material.

  • Carry out any activity that may harm our servers, network, or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that breach these conditions.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide fast, secure, and reliable hosting. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are strongly advised to maintain their own backups, even if backups are included in their hosting plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Web Hosting Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by downtime, technical failures, cyberattacks, data loss, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use of the service.

6. Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
